      Is there something that says you can hold a governmental entity civilly liable for a prosecution for something that goes against what an AG opinion says?

      I'm just curious, because usually prosecutors have some ridiculous levels of immunity. Of course the SCOTUS didn't help when they botched Connick v. Thompson pretty god damned good.
