Looks like one of the Upton trolls ventured over to RightMichigan.

I have dealt with these claims extensively on my blog, with links to the actual votes. They are based on Upton's smear campaign and opposition research.

The short answer is that most of the votes cited were nearly unanimous, and many were on bills introduced by Republicans.
