    Yeah - i just saw that too...and hoogendyk voted for it and other conservatives back in 2008.

    Dave has studied it further and has been on record since at least August 2011:

    Saul still supports it.
    And yes, despite what Saul says, this issue is very relevant to the race.  The national GOP Committee voted on it...because it is relevant.
