For a president who has sworn similar oath (and was a Constitutional "scholar" to boot), he has a nasty habit of directing his underlings to enact his agenda through presidential fiat, rather than the proper channels like here, here and here.
The Congressman writes a very convincing press release.
I might believe him for once if he were to actually act upon it by requesting that impeachment proceedings be initiated for the very reasons he cited above. Being a Representative and a member of the "majority party", he's in a better position to do that, than those of us writing e-mails or calling the Congressional Switchboard.
Given the simple numbers advantage, if the rest of his party believes in what he wrote above, it should be only a formality.
Throw his base's own argument against him. let him defend his actions in Libya and soon-to-be Syria and Iran.
Let the MSM and the 99% Crowd chew on those facts, spin them as best they can and see where the chips lie.
