Don't misunderstand me here; when I first heard about this story, I thought that it was some kind of joke. No one in state government would have the audacity to do something so blatantly illegal.

I would love nothing better than to see all of the dues forcibly collected to be returned immediately (along with interest) and those responsible (including Commissar Dazzo) wearing orange jumpsuits for the next few decades because of their role in this.
