    ...a republican (any republican) to introduce legislation requiring Constitutional Authorization for ALL BILLS under consideration prior to any votes being taken.

    I looked and looked and looked (and looked), and wouldn't you know it, I couldn't find any duties or powers enumerated in the Michigan Constitution regarding this.

    Maybe those learned and experienced legislators (like Rep. Schmidt) will be more successful than I?
