Don't misinterpret this as a desire to see us go after every tin dictator who wears a funny hat and threatens us on their state controlled media (and them give them gobs of "aid" we'll most likely borrow from the Chi-comms to rebuild after we are done). But a leader should also be able to project to any would-be aggressors that any attack upon America/Americans will be a losing proposition on their part in the end.
