Of course, I hope (a) the individual mandate is declared unconstitutional, and (b) the entire act is invalidated.  Frankly, although there may be provisions here and there that could stand alone, the individual mandate is the absolute foundation of Obamacare.  Without it, the law makes no sense and could not have passed under any circumstances.  So, I think the mandate cannot be severed and the law should be declared unconstitutional in its entirety.
