the question is, do you want the feds to be overseeing and deciding what we can or can't do or not?
the list you have - some we can't do because the medicaid strings from the feds, some we might be able to do, but the feds could stop them the following day and some will be a whole lot easier to do when the feds are out of the picture....but, again, the bigger questions are:

Why do you want to stay in the feds' sandbox?

Why be afraid to take healthcare away from the feds?
