This questions isn't about the Compact per se, but rather the timing of it.

Michigan, along with 26 other states are fighting against Obamacare.

With the SCOTUS ruling expected to come in the fall, doesn't Michigan going forward and implementing portions of Obamacare short circuit the argument that the attorneys general are trying to make against it?
