    is not an onerous requirement as demonstrated daily in normal business and governmental transactions.  It is the only reasonable way to prevent fraud.

    Personally, I believe the process for requesting an absentee ballot should be more rigorous than showing up in person to vote because the opportunity for voter fraud is greater.

    There should also be, if there is not, an automated process that identifies, at each precinct, the registered voters who have received an absentee ballot... a large A next to their name on the list of registered voters.  Voting twice should not be an option.
