Our collective resources should not be used to to enforce a law to keep people from drinking alcohol. Oh yeah, that's no longer illegal.

Whoa! There it is right there. If that your problem, then get to work repealing law for the potheads at the Federal and State level.

Until then, it's just a disjointed discussion of if's, and's, and but's.

I wanted to take the opportunity to remind people that parents (and teachers) are raising what should be good citizens. Rather than do a better job in these areas, some continue to want the government to pass laws to do the job for them.

There's even safety nets for my freedom and liberty: If I don't like the way you smoke, I don't have to hire you. If I find later, I can fire you.

Rather than a sane discussion of the topic, we have...I don't know what to call what you two have done but I'm SMDH!

Anyway, ty Jason, for a nice post.
