. . . otherwise. However, for a recall to succeed, it has to be well organized with a clear and appropriately detailed plan of action. (In that aspect, a recall initiative is no different than any other ballot initiative.) For the time being, I'm going to let Dennis get everything lined up nice and proper, especially since he has to get enough members of the Michigan Tea Party Patriot Alliance to be willing to cooperate to make this attempt effective-from-outset (806,522 valid signatures in 90 days doesn't happen by magic).

I've spoken to some of those people last night.

I've explained the status of their petition and the Willow Run situation.

They are still going to be chugging on with their campaign, but right now they told me that they'd consider it.

I'd chalk this up as encouraging since they didn't tell me where to go after I suggested it.
