As I've said previously, there's somewhere between 40 and 90 individual chapters of the MTPPA.  Just because there wasn't a statewide outcry doesn't mean that people within those groups aren't boiling mad over those issues (and maybe even more); but it's going to take that one straw too many to get these very independent and individualistic groups working enough in unison for a major effort like a statewide recall to succeed.
