    wow - so you want lansing to mandate these?  otherwise, kids in districts who won't do these (force parental responsibility?) are just out of luck, huh?
    btw, some in lansing do actually want to try to force parental responsibility, which i think is dangerous -- if parents don't do what lansing thinks they should...then they get fined, disciplined someway.
    can we force districts to have strict discipline?  just asking.
