Evidently, Brewer believes that the Republicans' attempts to put recalls of democrat legislators on the same day as the presidential primary will backfire.  (Seriously, who thought that putting recalls on the ballot as a way to keep democrats out of the republican primary was a good idea?)  And using the smoke screen of "participating in both primaries is against our rules" is . . . well, a smoke screen.
