    Perhaps ask your Mayor Root, and Commissioner Cummins if the City of Kentwood has deep enough pockets to defend a potential costly Dillon's Rule violation.  The tail don't wag the dog.

    As for the Frank Cummings support thingy... I'd be led to believe that answer is on Mayor Root's page.

    Does that really sound like a guy who'd go against Commissioner Abatementmeister?
