      . . . wrong RINO.  I have it on reliable backchannel communication that the coalition that Scales so thoroughly despises is more interested in the Huntsman bandwagon than the Romney one.

      Not sayin', just sayin'.

      I'm hearing a couple of different things, although I don't think it is Romney's people necessarily behind this. I think Romney's folks want some modified system that's not completely closed and not completely open. There is some debate among state committee on this and I'll hear more about it next week.

       I think they are still sore from McCain 2000/2008. Keep in mind that Romney's Michigan team and Snyder's 2010 team wern't really  buddies (and were rather bitter rivals in 08). A lot of the Romney folks I know were Hoekstra supporters. Bigtime.

      Kevin's comment about Global Warming Huntsman makes perfect sense and coincided with your post.

      That's interesting, I assumed the Romney organization would have more track laid in Michigan at this point. I'd like to find out more, and learn how to head them off.
