    This is exactly why we should keep the busing and janitorial staff that is already invested in our schools. Opening the door for every Tom, Dick and Jane to walk in as part of the custodial staff or bus driver will increase such tragic incidences. I would not want a different janitor in my child's school every day!

    That's why, as an involved parent, I take the time to know all of the staff that my children encounter so that I trust them to do the best thing for my children.
