HB-4465 will take away their teaching license. No license, no classroom for you anywhere in Michigan.

HB-4466 will hit their union where they can least afford to get hit, in the wallet.

The only thing that I would add is that they had better make plans to somehow fast track getting people to fill those classrooms once those teachers are banned from their jobs. With Michigan's unemployment rate where it is, I don't foresee there being a lack of applicants, just the legal hurdles standing in the way of getting them into a classroom.
