    that the ruling could have gone the other way, would be if the action could be legitimately classified as an assault, disturbing the peace, (which I would argue might have given it legs) or if it interfered with the ability to have the funerals. Not being at those funerals or seeing the facts of the case, its hard to know how well any of that would fit.

    It is obvious that it's meant to be an insult and to be disruptive. How about everybody use our free speech in this way at every 'service' of this so called 'church' and at their weddings, vacation bible sch and all meetings. Humph!
