The wealth envy argument by pension tax proponents just isn't going to fly.

It isn't only the tax on pensions that's got me irked. People overlook that Gov. Snyder wants to keep the income tax at a higher rate, rather than lower it to when it should be (I'd prefer it lower, but that's a topic for another discussion).
