    ... is no more likely to become president than Donald Trump is, it's hard to argue with numbers in this poll.  More interesting is the fact that the strong 2nd place finisher, Michelle Bachmann, was only days away from dropping out from utter hopelessness.  It reminds me of Jim Robinson's happily clueless Free Republic complaint that all the candidates his cadre strongly support end up collapsing.
    For every overt Ron Paul supporter, there are likely a dozen Republicans and independents who like the message he sends, and recognize the dishonesty and hypocrisy of attacks on him from the Right.  The former are the future Republican party.  Corinthian Scales is its fading past -- he just hasn't realized it yet.
