Here's a suggestion that I tossed out there that got no traction whatsoever. Maybe the good representative can change this.

I made a recommendation a while back that all appropriations in the Michigan Legislature cite the relevant portion of the Michigan Constitution authorizing that expenditure.

No citation, no vote.

If this rep is really against corporate welfare (and I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say that they do), this would really be a great bill to submit. The sooner the better.
