The state should issue a list of ALL welfare recipients on their website, with contact information as well.

That way business owners have a way of knowing who they can hire for their minimum wage jobs, if they have the ability.

In the event one of those individuals refuses, they get cut off the dole. Immediately.

If they quit within, say, a year, of their own volition, bam, no benefits either.

What say you?
