Frankly, what we have is an alleged Republican governor that hasn't the stones to address all those goonionized "civil service bureaucrats who's only interest is in themselves".  On top of that, the legislature with this "Czar" manipulation for the Executive Branch is also passing the buck on what Michigan desperately needs for it to compete with surrounding states such as Ohio, Indiana and Wisconsin, and that's... Right To Work.
