Regarding, the military, why is it the United States' job to police the world? And without cutting the trillions of dollars the pentagon spends I don't see anyway of approaching the debt problem.

We are fighting 2 wars, that I know of, and we have troops in 150 countries around the world.  If security was really the objective why are our borders wide open.  

I guess we'll have to agree to disagree.  I don't see any value in installing dictators, killing thousands of people, then a few years later replacing the dictator we installed.

Further if we want to follow the Constitution, lets start getting Declarations of War from the Congress.

As far as I can see, the only ones being protected by our military are the bankers and defense contractors.

Anyway, I guess we just aren't going to agree on this.
