So.... yah... progressive Fred is gonna weasel out and run with a Bart Stupak sham bill now that he has secured his political class paycheck and benefits for at least another two years.

Remember, Fred has been a RINO and a speed-bump to conservative progress since the days of the last Republican Revolution in 1994.

Bottom line, Upton should've been tarred, feathered and tossed out on his ass years ago from having any association with the Republican Platform.  Cheap imitations of a Democrat shouldn't be embraced.  Nor should their goddamn mandated crappy curly light bulbs.
