      My spouse is a benefits coordinator at a small privately held firm, and has recently been attending seminars which break down how companies like hers are going to have to deal with Obamacare. Basically, the new mandates on insurance companies - like the one Mr. Gillman describes - are going to first push the small firms out of offering health benefits because it will be cheaper for them to pay the government fine. These aren't politically leaning people presenting at these seminars either. It's cold hard facts based on what the law mandates and how it translates day to day for businesses.

      Bottom line: in about 10-15 years, every American will be covered under a government plan. Pelosi and Obama just instituted a roundabout way to get to single payer insurance.

      And there's your happy thought for the day.
