It's the whole bite at once thing which doesn't mean that paradoxically one must compromise with other crap. One just doesn't ask for so much at a time. One doesn't try to persuade so much at once or get so much.

Please understand the difference that I'm trying to say.

Just because I'm working on building a foundation, then the first floor, doesn't mean I'm not going to finish with a whole second floor of bedrooms with a laundry room up there as well. Just because I didn't get in a big fight during the basement phase doesn't mean I would agree to things that dictate not have my full 2nd floor...eventually.

It's this fighting for this whole thing that is keeping us from getting anything.
