The problem is that the remaining candidate is the alternative for people who don't like peas.  It is entirely possible that Cox-Hoekstra-Bouchard split 70% of the vote and lose to Snyder's 30%.

The problem with Cox-Hoekstra-Bouchard is that they have common flaws.

• None really excite anyone.  None have charisma that lights up a room.  

• None seem to have any real ideas on how to keep downsizing State government.  One might have some ideas on where to make a few extra million or so, but we have a $billion deficit this year, and the prospects of it being worse in the next 2-3 years.

• A couple of pet peeves here.  First, all have used robocalls.  I'm sorry, but that's kinda like phone spam to me.  This has continued after I called up campaign headquarters demanding that I not be called.  Second, none have any idea what the Driver's Responsibility Tax (the worse GOP idea ever) is, or have any ideas on how to kill it.
