Hoekstra seems like someone who is a fiscal conservative when it is convenient. He voted against the bailout the first time, and then supported it when the pressure from Bush came.

When the self proclaimed "Business Leaders for Michigan" came out for their plan which includes the Granholm services tax, Pete Hoekstra signed on board, likely following the "Business Leaders for Michigan."

I don't have to "suggest" or "imply" anything. Hoekstra's own words and actions suggest he is not a true fiscal conservative.
