    I'm not interested in revenue neutral. I heard "revenue neutral" with the MBT. I'm interested in lower taxes and lower spending, in raw numbers, not inflated numbers (as wages have not been adjusted for inflation).

    I actually agree with "Business Leaders for Michigan" on some of their plan.

    Two year budgets are a must.
    No new programs.
    Average out compensation.
    Consolidation (to some degree)
    Eliminating personal property tax

    But this Services tax loses me, and I'm quite skeptical about the Richard Florida sounding stuff with the "urban agenda." We need jobs to increase revenue. The rest comes later. This services tax will put people out of jobs as they won't fork over the extra 6% costs that they see every day.
