      Remember, KK was facing some serious jail time before Kim Worthy and Mike Cox began playing "Let's make a Deal".

      Kim Worthy charged Kilpartick first, not Cox.

      After they finished playing "Let's Make a Deal", Kilpatrick worked it out to have his sentences from Worthy & Cox served concurrently, not consecutively.

      Now, if Cox manned up and wouldn't deal with him (the plea deal Cox offered was not only weaker than Worthy's, but had also expired by the time Kilpartick agreed), then you would have a valid point.
