    I am a supporter of the fair tax.

    As something that is a stand alone and is NOT a VAT Tax.

    But it MUST be constructed that way from the ground up with no suggestion being made that it will be extended to each level of change like the VAT, and it MUST be accompanied by a constitutional limit on congress's ability to levy anything further.
