The bottom line is the folks you speak of... Libertarians, Paleoconservatives (like Ron Paul), McCain, and Romney haven't and/or don't make it to the show to accomplish all that you mention.  Speaking of which, even old man Paul has enough sense to drum up business on the GOP ticket when he decides to play running for president.  1988 garnered Ron Paul 432,179 votes as a Libertarian, didn't it?  Yes, 22 years later and those puritan Libertarians are still park commissioners, council members and college trustees 152 strong throughout the good 'ol US of A.  Heck, even 37 of them are in partisan offices... from 12/11/71 to all that today?  Rule Britannia baby!

Maybe if their Party platform didn't sh!t on our military strength I'd give 'em another look.  Till then I'm not interested in what they're selling when the chinks, Kim Yuck Foo, Achmed Imgonnablowyourassup and the Ruskies are flashing their bulges in their pants our way.  

As for the little girls and peddling lemonade?  Big f#@%ing deal.  WTF does that have to do with anything other than a herd of nanny state locals with their heads up their asses?  Get a grip Ed.  Lack of common sense knows no Party boundaries.
