We dealt with a situation for the last 3 years regarding private property at Burt Lake.  Had a lawyer move down the road and he suddenly felt like he had the "right" to drive across our property (which is at a dead end)so he didn't have to drive down a steep hill to get to his house.  He figured our little cottage and property was not as valuable as his.  He figured wrong!  Cost us an arm and a leg but we refused to be intimidated and harassed by this jack ass.  He actually hired a contractor to remove trees from our property and excavate a road - without our permission, without a permit, without a court order!!!  Then came 3 different lawsuits against us after he destroyed our property.  It was ugly, time consuming and completely without warrant.  And he tried using his status as a lawyer with the police, the judge and others to bamboozle his way across our property.  He even forged documents!!!
