Yah, I reckon that'd equate to 150 weeks "To qualify for a license a carpenter would need". Or, just shy of the 2 out of 4 years of On the Job Training "under the direct supervision of a licensed carpenter contractor" to obtain a carpenter license "on a commercial structure or as a carpentry contractor"...

My, how very draconian it all seems.

Look, I understand your argument. However, there is a distinct difference from being titled a "carpenter", "licensed carpenter contractor" and that of being a handyman or the more prevailing, a wood butcher.
