He has his tentacles into too many organizations to just switch them off when he feels like.
On a side note: If anyone gets the chance, I highly recommend that they read as much material on Soros background as they can (This one is a good start).
If you've read about his actions since he was a teenager in Europe to today, IMO the best word to describe him would be "evil".
As for the rest of your post, from what I have seen of their actions to date (i.e. Murkowski, Castle & Snyder), I don't share your enthusiasm with the MI-GOP or GOP righting the wrongs after November.
They are still displaying a disconnect with Michigan/America.
Sure, they can put out a good sound-bite. But, I'm not seeing that fire...that drive that they will need if they are elected to at least put cloward-piven into check.
To bring our republic back, we'll need elected officials who will at least put some teeth into our Constitution.
With the notable exception of Rand Paul, I haven't seen it.
I'll be waiting for them to prove me wrong.
