    ...once again a salient, well presented post albeit frightening and exasperating, well done.

    I have a (small- two store) retail operation in the state of OH. I lease a combined total of 12,000 sf.  I commute a few times a week to Columbus to go through the financials, wrangle leases and check in on the Managers.  I am constantly asked by  my contemporaries "when are you gonna open up here?"  My answer is always the same.. " I cannot, it is too expensive"

    Tonight is the deadline(once again) for this nonsense that should have been ironed out completely during the past two years-yet is not.  I pray that sen. Bishop and his team will find the intestinal fortitude to finally do the right thing.
