    doesn't mean some others will have the same qualifiers.

    Many people/businesses have left the state. Another tx hike will give others the impetus to make the choice to do so as well. Considering, I don't understand how an income tax hike can be suggested, other then by my attaching a name/title to a perceived ideology. IOW, I'm stumped as to the reasoning behind an obvious wrecking ball to the economy.
