      I'm confused.  I thought we were all supposed to blame Engler and Bush for the ills of Michigan.

      Gosh.  What am I supposed to do now?  You don't actually expect me to exhibit 'personal responsibility' and make my own way in the world?

      I know what to do.  I must quickly read the Lansing State Journal or tune into MSNBC.  That will make me feel all better, and I can continue my life as a parasite upon the hard-working suckers, um, I mean citizens, who pay my way through life.
