      what you keep telling me to read doesn't address multiple points in my opinion piece...Like a locking device, specific sentence increases, etc. I want to avoid the situation in your article, a death. Your article, by the way, is a very specific situation, as the article even notes...And first time or multiple offender is actually A HUGE DIFFERENCE! Someone who drives drunk once or twice ever compared to once or twice a month! Come on CS...Though if you're talking about a DEATH, then no, it doesn't matter at the end of the day...
