    Wow. You know nothing about Grand Haven Area Public Schools. Don't link to a piece where Dennox Lennox says things about k-12 curriculum being mostly written in San Francisoc and Bill Ayers. That is way too much of a blanket statement. It is also not linked to any facts. Not saying they don't exist, but none are provided. I'd sure like to see them.

    GHAPS follows the Michigan Merit Curriculum with appropriate add ons from our Board, Superintendent, and Assistant Superintendent of Instruction...

    I don't know what's going on in Topinbee or where you live CS, but I for one am sick of problems in the public schools being overblown for political gain.

    Before anyone starts, I support educational choices like private schools and home schooling. It is good public education is strongly competed with. I also support charters in areas like Detroit.

    I support what's best for kids, not what any special interest group in any extreme says is best.

    And for the record, Grand Haven Area Public Schools is no "cesspool" sir. Name calling doesn't  add to the debate, very petty tactic...
