This is a governor that makes promises and can never deliver, except when it comes to tax hikes, which she didnt promise, but did anyway.

The other day I was talking to an Obama maniac friend of mine and I was complaining about Two Penny Jenny and her hiking unemployment to 15.2%.  His serious response was "Do you think John Engler had something to do with that?"

So, we have a governor with the standard excuse for not doing anything "Timing is a challenge" and a standard excuse for when the economy keeps tanking and jobs keep getting lost "John Engler's Fault".
