    ... but too little coherence.  As nearly as I can make out, you're just fine with the present system.  
    Oops, that Corinthian guy just walked past his apartment window in the altogether.  He should be hustled off to jail (with a cellmate known as "Humpy,"), psychologically examined, sentenced as a sexoffender, then ultimately released, but forced to register his address for life, and compelled to live in an ever-shrinking circle of places acceptably distant from schools, bus stops, parks, etc.  When you complain, someone will doubtless point out, as you have, that life is not fair.
    I''m afraid that my fellow conservatives suffer from SDS (Sexoffender Derangement Syndrome) as fully as liberals suffer from PDS (Palin Derangement Syndrome).  Hard to say who gets more deranged, though.
