      With the government as the insurance provider, do you think, we will have laws, that tell you what you can and can't eat? fines for being overweight? laws that say, you can't go here, too dangerous, can't do that, you might get hurt.

      We already have had smoking bans, transfat bans, and stuff like seat belt laws, and helmet laws, some of these kind of seem like insurance driven kind of laws. With government as the insurance provider, do you expect new laws that regulate peoples lives to be passed whenever it can benefit the government insurance?

      Do you have a system in place that create some forms of checks and balances to prevent, something like rate hikes whenever, the general fund needs money?
