      This is going to kill small businesses.  Right now what I am hearing is that small business owners will start eliminating perks to employees like 401k matches, paid holidays and perhaps paid vacations. That in itself would reduce tax revenue to both the states and the feds.  Or just reduce the number of employees all together. These idiot politicians have no clue HOW to run a business so they don't get the ramifications of such a proposed bill.  All they see is the dollars turned over to Washington by employers and think it THEIRS to spend.  I am not voting for one incumbent - Democrat or Republican!  You could pull prisoners out of the system and put them in Washington and get more results!  And - the taxes won't stop at the "rich" either.  Joe Schmoe making $48K a year will end up paying taxes on this too. 2009 - the year the politicians killed success and the American way!
