      With all of the talk going back and forth on this issue, there is one undeniable fact that is ignored for some strange reason, and maybe you can shed some light on it.

      Why is it never argued that no one has a "right" to health care?

      The "right" to health care is not enumerated in the Constitution. Yet from the president on down, this simple fact has somehow been overlooked. Ironically, Republicans in the House & Senate have been among the most silent.

      How can the federal government provide something that it simply doesn't have the authority to do?

      If anything, this is an argument that should be brought up to address the growing call for something to be done.
