      It's a corporate/state racketeering scheme, just like everything else going on today. And don't kid yourselves, it's not about the artists either. It's all about the record labels.

      The old record labels are quickly going the way of the horse and buggy. So instead of adapting, they just run to government for "protection."  This is just all part of the dirty little secret nobody likes to admit ... big business loves big government!

      Hey, it's a lot easier to support expensive regulations to create barriers for future competitors, than it is to actually compete!

      And Danian's right ... it'll destroy our local radio stations.
